After I have sold them my Escalade, dreaded in my Cadillac x5 for a Ram1500 Pick up and now a Cherokee Summit, and all that in less than four Years they did not even but in a new Battery in my Cherok Cadillac x5 for a Ram1500 Pick up and now a Cherokee Summit, and all that in less than four Years they did not even but in a new Battery in my Cherokee did not clean the Car ( filthy inside with Dog hair all over and they forgot some Screwdrivers on the back Seat) did not fill up the window wash, & the Tire pressure was all over the place. Orval said that they are low on Staff several times. when I wanted to test drive it it did not start so I negotiated a new Battery with Orval Thompson, but cheeded me out of it. next Day the Car did not start , had to get CAA , they told me that it needs a new Battery. after contacting Orval he gave me a appointment 3 Days down the Road. also the head screen stops working. They fixed it but no new Battery and still did not clean the Car, next Day the Car did not start again , so I had if fixed in a different Shop I will never deal with this Dealership again and get my 2026 Cherokee from another Dealer when they come out this Fall. this experience was as bad as it can get and cost me extra Money, and I can not recommend it , 1 Star is one to many for that transaction Bernhard Seipt More
