My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. Instead of fixing the actual issue—a known problem covered by GM under warranty—they charged her an outrageous amount for useless work that didn’t solve anything. When I questioned it, Jeremy basically admitted their cars fall apart within 10,000 km. My mom and brother both made the mistake of buying here—I’m just glad I didn’t. This dealership is a disgrace, run by incompetent and dishonest people from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs! More

I hadn't been in the truck market for a decade, and since my need was not planned, let's say I was panicked, overwhelmed with choices, scrambling to find a truck, and didn't know what I wanted. The sales staff, Matthew Mallace and Nik Jones, patiently worked with me over a few separate days and let me find the truck that suited me best with absolutely no pressure tactics. I buy from people I like and trust; both come through with flying colors. Great salespeople sell you, but you don't feel like you were sold anything if you get what I mean. Thanks, guys! The rest of the supporting staff, including Orlando, the Pre-Owned Manager; Tom, the Sales Manager; Mike and Nancy in finance; Doug, the General Manager; and I think her name is Jane, the receptionist (the one that spins excellent tunes in the showroom), treated me like a member of the family—a very personable group that took the stress of buying out of the picture. I needed a reliable SUV, as my 14 year old Journey was becoming a money pit. I contacted Craig who found me a 2019 Equinox that he had on the lot and with his expertise, just knew it would be perfect for me. Never having financed a vehicle was definitely nerve racking but Craig then put me in the capable hands of Mike, Georgetown's Finance Manager and he did his magic and got me approved. I literally was blown away by everyone's professional, yet warm and friendly customer service, making you feel like you are Number One.
