Buyer Beware! ! This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and whe ! This dealership is a complete scam—they only care about taking your money. My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. Instead of fixing the actual issue—a known problem covered by GM under warranty—they charged her an outrageous amount for useless work that didn’t solve anything. When I questioned it, Jeremy basically admitted their cars fall apart within 10,000 km. My mom and brother both made the mistake of buying here—I’m just glad I didn’t. This dealership is a disgrace, run by incompetent and dishonest people from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs! More

Purchased a 2024 Equinox EV and realized the heat did not work. After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allow work. I have never had a dealer go that far to ensure I was satisfied and felt that they cared about the problem I was having. More
