This is place where I had to watch even much more carefully in what you are buying and have to deal with them rather harsh at times. The vehicle I supposedly wanted was to be test driven, but when I carefully in what you are buying and have to deal with them rather harsh at times. The vehicle I supposedly wanted was to be test driven, but when I went to see it "it had just been sold". Hmmmm. Even though still listed a week later. However, they had another which was not very impressive and I told them so. I managed to get a good deal I thought with tough negotiation and some extras including a good cleaning, but you know they are constantly trying to sell you extended warranties on this and that. They are oh so friendly, but once you drive the vehicle off the lot. Crickets!!! Never even had a follow up like other dealerships. Luckily I got the vehicle I had really wanted even if they did not know it. Would not recommend them at all and I certainly would not go to their service department. You know what they say about car salesmen and dealerships. More

I sold my car to them last week. They waited until after the paper work was finished and I signed my car over to them, to inform me it would take days to write a check. In this time they have apparently managed to get my car threw it's safety inspection, detailing, photo shoot and ads posted for sale. Yet they haven't had time to write me a check. Just remember if your going to be a customer of Langley Chrysler you will come LAST!!! THEY WILL DO FOR Themselves FIRST AND THE CUSTOMER LAST! They have become difficult to get a hold of and haven't returned my calls. Considering contacting the VSA in regards to my issue if something isn't resolved in the next couple hours. More

Best experience we have had in buying our new jeep, Norm our sales person and Tyler the sales manager were very patient with us while we took our time to pick the right vehicle for us. Norm was very knowle our sales person and Tyler the sales manager were very patient with us while we took our time to pick the right vehicle for us. Norm was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed us and there were a few Also trying to stay within our budget . There was no pressure to purchase or to up sell anything. And Tara in the finance dept explained all the benefits to different warranties but didn’t pressure us in any direction. She gave us all the info and let us decide and the same with the lady in the Insurance. No pressure. Great experience after the worst experience we have ever had at Coquitlam Chrysler . My husband and i are in our mid seventies so have purchased many vehicles and this was the best . They spent a lot of time with us over 3 days and never made us feel we had better buy.
