The service staff are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them arranging a ride home for me, and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable when I choose to stay. My vehicle is consistently treated with care. ​In my recent visit, I found it odd that they questioned whether I was using my summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. They seemed shocked when I reminded them that I purchased the second set of lug nuts directly from them just a year ago. Since they asked me this same question previously, it felt like they were either trying to upsell me on parts I already own or they sold me the wrong lug nuts to begin with. ​They also mentioned the tire puncture repair was $60. While this was covered under warranty and did not cost me anything, it is significantly more than most independent shops would charge. I suppose you go to a dealership for their specific knowledge of your vehicle rather than to save money. More
