Well, my experience was , emailed the dealer on Sunday , in 45 min Mr. Mike Robison emailed me back answer all my questions , next day I can say I secured the deal over the phone/internet . Now people may say that was not a smart move buying a car without test driving it and looking at , well folks, I asked Mr. Robison if there was any physical damage visible or accident reports, anything I should know? He made it very clear assuring car is Mercedes certified , looks like new . And it was . To me , that is an honest salesperson because the car was actually better than mint for a used one. He genuinely listened to my concerns. The best part about the experience with him, is upon picking up the car at the final purchase process, he went over every little detail of that B-200 with me. It became very apparent to me he has great passion in working with this company and believes in the brand whole-heartedly. You never question his integrity by the way he looks you dead in the eye with absolute honesty. My experience was above and beyond expected by him. Not only did he make arrangements that the car be ready at the time I requested, but also - He made sure there were brand new batteries in the keys. He even picked up the tab for the Mercedes iPhone cover I made arrangements for. So sweet. It's these little gestures that speak great volumes about 'care'. I will be back to upgrade to a G-Wagon and with absolute no hesitation go through this process again with Mike. He is such an asset to that dealership.
