Did not purchase my 2016 Sorento at Turpin, but it has been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyon been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyone from Turpin try to persuade me to trade in my vehicle, despite my many conversations with the sales rep Michael during my service calls.
