When we arrived we meet one of the sales person called George sukru and from the moment we start dealing with him we noticed we were dealing with the right person and why was that because since the first greeting he was pure honestly and it showed us the different options we had without pushing or pressuring us to buy a car like most sales representatives we had meet previously. For me as my second experience of buying a new car i can say this second time was the greatest ever and for my wife been her first time she felt comfortable and sure of the deal she was making. By the time it was ready for delivery I had no way to get to the dealership in time for pick up. So get this : MESSI GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PICK ME UP AT HOME ! Which is a 45 min drive. Amazing. A 2017 brand new Dodge Ram Eco Diesel Laremie short box pick up truck. Working with the Sales Representative, Mike Wahab & General Manager, Frank Caietta was great. They convinced me this was the way to go. I selected a white colour, black interior, short box. They went out of there way and found me one in the Gataneau's. Mike personally drove out and picked it up for me. That is customer service! I have had the truck for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Living in London and as such, At the dealership I dealt with Michael Wahab, one of the Sales Reps. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Living in London and as such, did all the negotiating over the phone; only had internet access to see the car. Was a bit nervous when I went to pick up the car. That all went away when I arrived at the dealer. As far as I am concerned Michael and the dealer went above and beyond. Driving the car back to London later, I could not be more pleased with the car. I also understand that Chrysler is no longer making the 200. I think that was a mistake. I would take the 200 over similar vehicles made by GM or Ford. Great car and Dealer More
