We purchased a vehicle as Quebec residents and immediately encountered problems with the out of province registration process. The vehicle then failed the mandatory Quebec inspection, creating additional costs and delays that should never have occurred. What is most concerning is the complete lack of customer service after the sale. Multiple emails went unanswered. Multiple phone calls were not returned. Messages left with reception were ignored. Emails sent to management and ownership produced no response. Out of province vehicle sales are not uncommon. Dealerships should understand the process and properly support their customers. Instead, we were left to deal with registration issues, tax issues, inspection failures, and missing documentation on our own. It is common practice for Ontario dealerships to address the provincial tax implications when selling vehicles that will be registered in another province. We received no meaningful assistance. If you are purchasing a vehicle that will be registered outside Ontario, especially in Quebec, I strongly recommend choosing a different dealership. Once the sale was completed, we found ourselves completely on our own. Extremely disappointing experience and one I would never repeat. More

I have not been paid on this unit, and have been misguided and misled on this long due payment from your staff member. I got extremely frustrated and showed up to personally address it with the management myself.  Frank, I appreciated your warm welcome and commitment that I must be paid immediately.  Jake asked me to come on Monday to pick the chq. As per his directions, we reached there to pick up. We were told to come the next day, that's today. Again the payment was not made and we were asked to come back the next day or thursday.  It is extremely disturbing that we have already been made to wait for 3 months and now your management is mocking us for coming every day.  Please give me the exact date when I shall send someone to pick up the payment.  Sincerely, Faisal Ranjha. Worst experience ever, when you are buying tons smiles, bought 2020 Ram Diesel longhorn, since February 15 has at least 8 visits for mechanical issues related with check engine, in three months truck been bought 2020 Ram Diesel longhorn, since February 15 has at least 8 visits for mechanical issues related with check engine, in three months truck been on service at least month and half, they don't know what problem come from, they change a lot of sensor,piping, power train unit, basically I'm alone on this situation. Service is not our problem. Sales is not our problem, FCA, we are committed to fix the car until warranty is active, truck has only 28000 kms. Felt scammed, tricked with a 90000 Dollars truck useless. More

Only at Vaughan Chrysler where you still get charged when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This ste your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." .
