Micheal was all about upselling warranty products and would not answer my questions. Finally I got tired and contacted other dealers. I saved thousands by going elsewhere. The worst car buying experience I have ever had for an expensive vehicle. Do yourself a favor, skip this salesman and this dealership. More

He went back & forth to his manager to get the price lowered by 1k and Rana was also efficient & explained what was in the contract/documentation. She was honest & upfront about the tint which didn’t pass inspection as it’s too dark. She said it wouldn’t be difficult to have it removed if one desired. It was busy at the dealership which clearly shows it has a fabulous reputation. I even got an email from Darrin the Gen.manager welcoming me. When I was in line at the reception two employees came up to us to ask if they could help us at separate times. We didn’t get to the receptionist because Mike & Rana were alerted to our arrival. The weather wasn’t the best so we were rushing but everyone there made it smooth for us & we were on our way home three hours away in no time! Thank you. More

Purchased my 5th new vehicle from Sherwood Park Chevy and they as usual were great to deal with and I will be coming back.
