This dealership fails to diagnose problems in their vehicles and tells you everything is fine. I had my car in for technical issues and they said everything was fine. 2 days later the SOS system quit a vehicles and tells you everything is fine. When I called about getting a new window they told me they don’t do windows. The dealership in Edmonton was more than happy to assist me. They were kind and friendly on the phone and in fact do do window replacement. I wish we lived in Edmonton and could go to the VW there. More

Bought a used car there recently and wanted to pay cash (bank transfer) and was told it could take up to 5 business days to clear. Finance dept said a wire transfer would be faster, but bank said no it wou (bank transfer) and was told it could take up to 5 business days to clear. Finance dept said a wire transfer would be faster, but bank said no it wouldn’t. I have bought numerous cars with a bank transfer before and never experienced this. I always got the vehicle immediately even when i was not from the same city. GP volkswagen said they got taken on a transfer once. Thats what police and courts are for. Instead they treat all cash paying customers as crooks. Do better GP volkswagen!!!! More
