They are always so friendly and informative and they treat you like family. Alex was the first person I met and dealt with at Charlesglen and he made a couple of appearances to greet me during my next visit. Harris was wonderful to work with in choosing my car, Alison in finance had a great sense of humour and made all the paperwork less boring and of course Mark was amazing at showing me all the features of my new car along with detailed explanations. Mark also helped me program my phone and my daughter’s phone into the system and showed me how to use both. I will definitely come back here for my next Corolla in the future! More
