HI there, my name is Mandy. I have grown up in and around Grande Prairie my whole life. I have worked in the automotive industry for almost 19 years. Started out as a Receptionist for a dealership, moved to Service Reception and then to Service Advisor. I am currently the Warranty Administrator and Internal Advisor for our Dealership. I have been with Grande Prairie Nissan for 5 years and love my job and my work family. I have met some pretty awesome customers here at Nissan and enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis very much.

Best service! I had to have some work done on my Armada and really appreciated the quick, thorough work that was done. I was in and out in no time and everything I had to have some work done on my Armada and really appreciated the quick, thorough work that was done. I was in and out in no time and everything was explained and completed in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. I would definitely recommend their service department to anyone. The shuttle driver was also very personable and professional!! More

Customer Service Comeback Kings & Queens! I have had my 2006 X-Trail serviced at Grande Prairie Nissan for nearly 9 years! Within two years of owing this vehicle, there was a big misunderst I have had my 2006 X-Trail serviced at Grande Prairie Nissan for nearly 9 years! Within two years of owing this vehicle, there was a big misunderstanding between the service advisor at the time and myself which lead to spending more time and money for a repair that I struggled to afford. Not happy with this situation, I commenced looking for another garage to have my vehicle serviced. A couple of months later, I had heard that there were new Service Advisors in place and I reluctantly (and against my better judgement) returned. It was fortunate that I did. I have not had a negative experience in the last eight years with the Service Department. EVERYONE in the service department has provided myself with top quality customer service and vehicle maintenance. Servicing is executed in a timely manner and affordable. The Service Department made a huge comeback and have earned my business and trust. More

Friendly, helpful service James phoned and emailed to introduce himself before Christmas and said if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my experience at the dealership the James phoned and emailed to introduce himself before Christmas and said if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my experience at the dealership the best it could be, to contact him personally. Our front windshield needing to be replaced and I emailed James to say I wanted a quote but I was going to check other options as well. The next day he got back to me with the lowest price quote! He also booked my service for me rather than transferring me to another person. Thanks James! In the service department Mandy is always very friendly, patient, helpful and willing to explain everything that needs to happen when the vehicle is dropped off. She's great! And at the end of the day, Kyla is the nicest, most efficient person from whom you could ever pick you car up. She goes above and beyond to explain the service that was done and any additional service that needs looking after int he future. More

Free Wash I took my truck into GP Nissan for an oil change and saw the sign for a deal on a wash. I asked for both to be done. Ended up having to get a few othe I took my truck into GP Nissan for an oil change and saw the sign for a deal on a wash. I asked for both to be done. Ended up having to get a few other things done to the truck which they phoned about. When I came to pick up the truck ... Kyla told me that they were not changing for the wash. Also she indicated that they made sure to keep the truck inside for an hour until it dried ...which was a big deal since it was -24C. Kyla has always been very efficient when dealing with me which is nice since I don't have a lot of extra time to be wasting in my day. More

The young fellow who actualy got his hands dirty was very friendly. And best assortments of coffee tea & coco had a fresh cup, thanks to Jason who took the time to demonstrate how it operated.
