HI there, my name is Mandy. I have grown up in and around Grande Prairie my whole life. I have worked in the automotive industry for almost 19 years. Started out as a Receptionist for a dealership, moved to Service Reception and then to Service Advisor. I am currently the Warranty Administrator and Internal Advisor for our Dealership. I have been with Grande Prairie Nissan for 5 years and love my job and my work family. I have met some pretty awesome customers here at Nissan and enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis very much.

Great service experience Love going to see the ladies in this dealership, they always greet me by name and get everything dealt with right away. Went in with what I thought was a weird complaint, but they found the issue and replaced the part the very next week. Very happy. More

New Key Fob and Command Start I received a call that my car was ready, I went to pick it up and the trim was not completed, although it was written on the service envelope. Kyla ju I received a call that my car was ready, I went to pick it up and the trim was not completed, although it was written on the service envelope. Kyla jumped right in, she was going to get the part ordered as no one seemed to know about it, but they found it. She then managed to get the trim installed and for my inconvenience had my car washed. I appreciated the gesture, and nothing better that a clean car to drive away in. Kyle was fantastic, friendly and got the job done. More

Fast, great service I had a leak in my tire and needed it fixed right away because I use my vehicle for work. First Visit- Serviced Infinity JX 35 This is my first visit at GP Nissan to service JX 35 which purchased a week ago. I was hesitant considering the customer experience, quality of work a This is my first visit at GP Nissan to service JX 35 which purchased a week ago. I was hesitant considering the customer experience, quality of work and tight budget but when I interacted with the service advisor Mandy, it didn't took me long to get in comfort zone and I knew that my vehicle is in safe hands. With immense pleasure, I would like to give my recognition to Mandy for her work ethic, customer experience and the efforts to work in the best interest of the customer. Mandy is full of energy, dedicated, determined, hard working and well organized with prompt updates for every action items. Her customer service is excellent. Mandy goes an extra mile to ensure the quality of work and segregating the top priority action items so the reliability and safety of recently purchased vehicle is in compliance. Furthermore, my tight budget was taken into consideration to perform all action items and the discounts were offered. It is difficult to find such service and customer experience particularly in Grande Prairie area. I am certain that I will have my new segment serviced at GP Nissan again and in future.
