Excellent service. All staff were friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion. The cashiers call out the vehicle make and year and the name of the customer when All staff were friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion. The comfortable waiting area is sometimes noisy so customers cannot hear their name being called. With today's technology there should be a way to post the names on the tv screens in the waiting room so customers can read when their vehicle ready. I think this would make it easier for those with hearing challenges. More

From day one, all the maintenance and servicing of my Highlander have been done here, and I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism and care provided. My service advisor, MJ Rizkalla, has been instrumental in making every experience smooth and stress-free. He’s a man of integrity and reliability, always taking the time to explain the necessary work and the entire process without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate how transparent he is, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands. Toyota Town has earned my trust as a reliable dealership that I can count on for honest advice and high-quality service. It’s not just my Highlander that gets serviced here—our entire household is loyal to Toyota. Both my wife and kids drive Toyotas as well, and I bring all of our vehicles here for regular maintenance. We also purchased our RAV4 from this dealership, and the experience was equally positive. More

LaToya is amazing. 😊 She is professional, patient, and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. She follows through on everything 😊 She is professional, patient, and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. She follows through on everything and never misses a beat. She always remembers the 10% discount which is greatly appreciated!!! I've been with Toyota-Town for over 20 years and have had some bad experiences with two service advisors in particular. Fortunately only the two in 20 years but I must say, I would follow LaToya to any dealership should she choose to move on. Keep doing what you're doing LaToya! And THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Jason is extremely rude and condescending. ☹☹☹ He ignores your calls and emails and when you are there for service he is always in such a hurry that you can't trust what he does. He makes you feel like your concerns are ridiculous and dismisses you and the concern. He was my service advisor (thankfully only) twice and I tried to talk to him about a problem that he kept on ignoring regardless of how many times I brought it up. I ended up requesting another advisor who found the problem that Jason so blatantly ignored. Perhaps he doesn't like dealing with females when it comes to vehicles, I don't know. I'm just happy he's no longer my advisor. Toyota and the service department/technicians, however, are great! More
