Very frustrating oil change Made an appointment days ahead for a simple oil change for my brand new 2015 Hyundai. Dropped off my vehicle expecting a somewhat quick turn around considering I had booked time with them. This took 3 hours!! I was never offered a ride at that time - told them I would take a walk with my 2 young boys and dog and came back an hour 1/2 later thinking they would be almost done. Nope. Walked around the dealership and was never offered so much as a water while we waited. Meghan did offer a ride but at that point was not necessary anymore. So why get oil changed/maintenance there?? Also was quoted between 60-80 and was charged 108???? Never again! More

Dishonour to warranty & disreaspect to customers i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causin i am giving this rating out because my car has been in and out of the shop many times since I bought it three months ago. I have had ecu issues causing running problems and my main issue being the manual transmission in my car. I am on the second transmission now with only 11,000 Kms on the car and still needs attention. Hyundai keeps feeding me the story how everything I experience is 'normal'. So a normal Hyundai vehicle to expect would be, a sports car that doesn't behave how one should or even how the brochure makes it out to be. And a transmission that clunks and grinds worse than really old semi trucks I drive. But remember this is all normal. The brochure reads out how the genesis coupe has a newly designed transmission that's smooth up or down through the gears. Well I've yet to experience this rare occurance. The tech dealing with my car wouldn't look into anything further than his IPad so I tried doing my own research being mechanically inclined and he laughed in my face when trying to figure out any possibilities for cause of these issues. And now I'm being charged diagnostic fees because they 'cannot find anything wrong'. But when I review the 20 minutes of video off my GoPro camera I can hear the tech driving the car extremely pitifully as if he is trying to prevent reoccurrences of my issues. And when I question this driving I get back peddling and told I'm not allowed to ask this tech any questions. So now I'm having to waste for of my time to come in to speak with the managers and probably get nowhere yet again.i will never buy another Hyundai or deal with this 'Auto Group' ever again, needless to say. This was my first new vehicle experience and it has been a train wreck since day one. More

I finally found somewhere and someone to give me another chance due to some mistakes made in the past, damaging my credit and always being declined. The Auto Group here is pretty handy and has some very decent people accompanied within. As soon as I rolled up to Nissan, Ryan started asking the RIGHT questions about what I wanted out of a vehicle. Then came the fun part of driving all sorts of makes models and setups. It came down to a Mitaubishi Lancer AWC and the new Genesis 2.0T. Sorry but Mitsu didn't stand a chance. I tried my luck with the car that had everything and anxiously waiting for the call Kerry called and made my day, made my year. There's not a feeling better than the confirmation of knowing hard work pays off and that second chances do come around. Everyone in all the dealerships were friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this easy good time to anyone. More

I appreciate all the hard work each and every person did to help me find my dream vehicle. Kati was attentive, respectful and spent many hours explaining and answering all my questions. ( Even at -38). Kerry was reassuring, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease the moment I entered her office. A pleasure to deal with. Will was helpful, kind and made this experience possible. Never thought I would leave with the most amazing vehicle. Elaine and Lori are excellent at running the service area and treat each person with dignity and respect. Awesome Experience I have had an awesome experience dealing with Kerry. When we came into purchase our new vechicle I brought along my daughter and her husband who were I have had an awesome experience dealing with Kerry. When we came into purchase our new vechicle I brought along my daughter and her husband who were also thinking of purchasing a new vechicle. After we had made our chooses it was so pleasing to work with someone of Kerry's caliber. She took the time to explain all aspects of the purchase and even went to the manager when a problem arose with some of the pricing. She did this with both myself and my daughter. Over the past year when ever I have brought either vechicle in for regular servicing Kerry as always greeted me with big smile and a hello. She has offered to assist me with any questions I have had and also updates me with a friendly phone call if she could not answer the question while I was at the dealership. I enjoy coming to the dealership knowing that I will meet with great people that I like to call friends. More

Servicing for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Following purchase of my used Santa Fe SUV, I was immediately informed of 3 recalls needing attention, and a service appointment was booked that inclu Following purchase of my used Santa Fe SUV, I was immediately informed of 3 recalls needing attention, and a service appointment was booked that included a complete vehicle inspection. This revealed a few issues including some that were costly, but I was then offered a protection insurance plan that would take care of power-train problems including those found in the recent inspection. As the vehicle had not cost a lot to buy, the insurance seems a reasonable investment, as well as the 3-year oil change add-on program. The staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, while exhibiting NO annoying sales pressure. It is so nice to deal with a company with trained, pleasant employees. More
