He has understood our needs and wants and has always been fair with us. We have had occasion to utilize the service department and have always been treated on a first name basis with concern for our needs at the time. This dealership is smaller than ones that a person encounters in larger cities but does not have four sales persons meeting you at the door like a pack of wolves. We will continue to take our needs to Dean and his staff in the future. More

Best Dealership experience ever! Truck Service I had my truck in for regular service and they ended finding a recall on my truck and got that fixed, as well. Easiest vehicle purchase ever I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase t I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I've been servicing at Leduc Chrysler for close to ten years but this was my first vehicle purchase there. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready for signatures, and the Jeep was parked inside the service drive thru warm and ready to go for my delivery. Terry covered the basics of the new Cherokee without overwhelming me with all the new things my 2006 never had. Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to the service department as they continue to go above and beyond. Now I see the sales and finance teams are the same. Easily the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Thank you to Richard and his team, I’m really excited with my new altitude. More
