I've lived in Leduc since 1983, and have watched it turn from small town to buzzing metropolis. Now raising a family in this community, I believe more than ever in shopping local, and supporting local businesses wherever possible. I'm passionate about our community, our product, and helping people. Knowing most of our clients on first name basis is a privilege we enjoy daily. Having little to no turn over of my service staff, you are greeted by the same faces when you come in for service. We have a group of service technicians I'm extremely proud of. Long term, and highly trained. Some have been with us as long as 30 years!! Regardless of where you bought you vehicle, or what you require, I can help you. Or at least give you some advice or direction in anything automotive related.

Mr. Gregoire, I am deeply concerned regarding the incident with your vehicle in our drive through on April 21 ,2017. We definitely take full responsibility for any body damage as a result of our Jeep (stock unit) contacting the front of your Challenger. It is reasonable to be concerned that this may have caused unforeseen damage and I hope we are able to get together after you get a second opinion to resolve this situation. I have spoke to the staff involved and conveyed your input in an effort for us to learn from this situation and improve our process in the drive through not only from a customer service aspect but as a safety concern. Chuck was the biggest asshole I have ever seen and after a while turned me into an asshole as well. Judy (an assistant manager) was 15 ft. away, pretending not to hear anything and just looking in her computer as Chuck was lying through his teeth, saying it never happened. And you talked to them? Every single one of them is lying about it. How about the guy who was 5 ft. away and changed his story and admitted to a "Touch". Are you serious? What bothers me is not that they backed up in my damn car, what bothers me is that they ALL downplayed and lied about it.I can just imagine the story they are telling you. Don't you have security cameras in your bldg? If you have them, they would be the only thing in your service dept. that doesn't lie. I'm not interested in going back, I already told Lonnie to take my off your "call list" or whatever it is. He was very happy to do so. Don't worry, if there are damages to my car I will not even contact you. I'm done. Meanwhile I would keep a close eye on Chuck if I were you but he's not my problem any more, is he?
