Our purchase experience from Lexus of London started with a very friendly welcome from the concierge desk. The gentleman at the front desk set us up with a sales person right away even though we had come wit a very friendly welcome from the concierge desk. The sales team was very professional, kind, and honest throughout the experience. Special thanks to Lisa Ali our sales person who was great - and fortunately patient with all the questions we had! Lisa also directed questions to the correct people whom had great knowledge in service and financing. We met with the service manager Romeo Nissan as well whom gave us an excellent summary and options of our Lexus vehicles warranty. Overall, purchasing from Lexus of London was a great experience I would recommend to family and friends. The team was excellent and the price was very fair compared to other dealerships including GTA. More
