Great service by Lianne The service techs diagnosed the vehicle problem and indicated the costs of repair. The Truck had aftermarket repair insurance with only a few km left The service techs diagnosed the vehicle problem and indicated the costs of repair. The Truck had aftermarket repair insurance with only a few km left in the program. Liane the service writer contacted them and provided all the information they needed and waited for their response as the engine repair was expensive. She was successful at getting them to cover a large part of the costs. The work was finished and the vehicle returned to me by the end of the week. I was very pleased with Liane’s professional manner in dealing with me and the insurance provider. I think she went beyond the normal in providing a seamless repair experience for me. Thanks for your help. More

Dependable , accommodating And friendly. The service department at North Star has always taken care of our family’s Truck and works around my work schedule and keeps me on time. In addition they take great care of our Ford F-150 keeping it running smoothly on our cross country journeys. They were even kind enough to offer me one of their offices to take a work call I had while my vehicle was being serviced. wouldn’t service my vehicle anywhere else. More

did not seem concerned about my issue This was my first time visiting Northstar Ford. I liked the person taking the details on my issue (Lianne). However things went downhill from there. I This was my first time visiting Northstar Ford. I liked the person taking the details on my issue (Lianne). However things went downhill from there. I gave very precise instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, they could not do it. I told them to contact me if they could not reproduce - they did not. They charged me $200+ for doing nothing then recommended a $700 part replacement as the next step. I know enough about cars (or anything being repaired for that matter) that you don't just go and start replacing $700 parts in an attempt to fix a problem before even observing the problem. It seemed they were more interested in taking my money than resolving my problem. More

Repair of oil leak. ..
