Kolbi has been with Harris Kia since 2011. "I thoroughly enjoy the people that I work with and believe in our Dealership and in the Kia brand." In 2015, She was recognized by Kia Canada as the Silver Medalist in the nationwide service advisor competition. "I am proud of this as well as all of the other awards the hardworking people at this dealership have earned. I have spent my entire life here on Vancouver Island. In my spare time you can usually find me at the arena or ball field cheering on my kids teams."

I wanted to apologize for our people giving you an impression of not caring or being disrespectful towards you. I spoke with my staff this morning to discover what had happened during your visit and we talked about how we could deliver better quality service. I also spoke to the Technician who serviced your vehicle regarding your concern with the engine sounding loud while going up hill. After an extensive inspection we determined that the sound that you are experiencing is the sound created as the transmission "shifts down" as the vehicle comes under load. This is a normal engine / transmission response to additional throttle being applied. Please rest assured that your new vehicle is operating correctly and will serve you very well for many years to come. That said, please know that we remain committed to serving you and will endeavor to do a much better job if given another opportunity to do so. hi dave, it was your self and deb that dealt.woth me when i got thw vehecle and i had remarkable service however i tried to explain that in the mornings when o start the car it feels lile the automatic choke is not working as it can rev loudly for at least 25 mins i have also had my neighbour listen to it (he is a mechanic ) and he said the same thing it over revs and going up and down a hill sounds like it is struggling when the mechanic on the day took it for a drive there was not a hill in sight so he never would have heard a thing i was pretty upset when i left the dealer as kolby was extremly rude and abrassive from thw moment i showed up and even worse when i left not letting me get a word in i have driven may cars and never had this issue debra
