I put a deposit down at the end of August 2021 with the feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. Then I was informed that I will be receiving a 2022 model and asked to pay more money. It feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. Then I was informed that I will be receiving a 2022 model and asked to pay more money. It finally arrive in May just before I was to go on holidays.only to be informed the my accessoies were not ordered. The dealership was pivotal in getting the accessoies ordered and installed within a few days. I feel very lucky to have time to get familiar with my new ride before leaving. I can't thank thank the dealership enough as it has made our vacations enjoyable and stress free. The RAV4 is performing well and handles well. It has many features that make driving it a joy. The navigation and audio system are much-needed accessory that driving it fun. More
