Especially John in the booking department, who had an expert knowledge of my Ra vehicle, everyone was very attentive and considerate of my concerns. I left feeling that everyone was very caring and considerate of my vehicle and of me. I am an elderly lady, so the act of bringing my vehicle to the front door for me after the service was complete was a very much appreciated gesture.
