From booking the service appointment to returning my vehicle, everyone was very attentive and considerate of my concerns. Especially John in the booking department, who had an expert knowledge of my Ra vehicle, everyone was very attentive and considerate of my concerns. Especially John in the booking department, who had an expert knowledge of my Ram 3500 Cummins and was able to give me some great advice about maintaining it. I left feeling that everyone was very caring and considerate of my vehicle and of me. I am an elderly lady, so the act of bringing my vehicle to the front door for me after the service was complete was a very much appreciated gesture. Will be happy to return for future service and repair work. More
