He showed us the trucks, explained the features and allowed us to test drive. Once we made a decision on the truck we wanted to buy, Keith explained the financing options and put us in touch with the financing department. He kept us informed of the progress and in a matter of one day, we were driving our new truck. The day we picked up the new truck, Keith was there waiting for us, he had all paper work ready and patiently went over warranty and quick start manual. He then took us to our truck which was impeccable and ready for us and went over all the features. He even helped us pair our phones to the car and taught us how to use the android system, navigation and how to customize screens. Keith went above an beyond! Over promised and under delivered The truck I purchased wasn't on the lot at the time of purchase. The options I was assured were on this truck were not. Also my "brand new" vehicle The truck I purchased wasn't on the lot at the time of purchase. The options I was assured were on this truck were not. Also my "brand new" vehicle had a 1,000kms on it and due to this within the first month it was making lots of noises from both front wheels and it needed service, probably from a salesman booting around in it. Also unfinished/rusted brackets were installed on the interior as mounting plates. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE, I would never recommend them. More
