My wife and almost two year old daughter went to Capital GMC to buy a new GMC Sierra 1500 SLE. Chad, Robert, and Jona were great to work with, no pressure, gimmicks, and were very straight forward. The other staff in the building did an amazing job in keeping my daughter interested and busy for the 2hrs we were there. They offered her markers to write on the windows, a colouring book, balloons, etc. The customer service was amazing. That alone made the experience worthwhile and fun. Capital GM covers all of the bases and is a well run dealership. They have great customer service and attention to detail when looking after their customers. Trevor, the product specialist, was very knowledgible about every aspect of the vehicle and explained all of the options of the car in great detail. In particular, Trevor gave a tip about the opening of the power rear lift gate which I found very beneficial. Jona processed the paperwork very efficiently and was great to deal with. We had two vehicles we wanted to trade and figured there was no way to make it work after the first dealership we spoke to.So anyways I decided to talk with capital on it and ended up dealing with Dennis an was no way to make it work after the first dealership we spoke to.So anyways I decided to talk with capital on it and ended up dealing with Dennis and his family.We have never had such a pleasent experience at a car dealership in our lives.I arrived at dealership at 1 o'clock and had a deal made by 5.Dennis and Mona are hands down the best in the business they go totally out of there way to answer questions and make sure if one is not talking with you the other is,and not to pressure you into buying but to help you choose the right vehicle for your needs and budget.I think it was the first time I've been in a dealership and did not feel like the sales people were doing me a favour.When we picked up the vehicle the next day dennis and mona were off but they made sure their son ryan was there to help us and that he did.That whole family was an absolute pleasure to deal with.As far as the finance end of it we dealt with jona and again just a pleasure to deal with explained everything to us and actually let us make the decisions and not shove anything down our throats.Why I'd never been to capital before I'll never know,but I do know we'll be back. After we selected a vehicle financial options were well explained by Jona. When the sale was completed Perry explained all the features of the vehicle to us including,warranty, roadside assistance etc. All the amenities of the dealership were explained by Perry in a walking tour where we were introduced to employees in the shop etc. I selected good in the price area, as great for me would be the price we agree to on our next transaction...
