From the minute that my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted and made to feel at home. I was able to describe to Taylor what I was looking for and after test driving a few vehicles I ended up b we were greeted and made to feel at home. I was able to describe to Taylor what I was looking for and after test driving a few vehicles I ended up buying the 1st vehicle that he had shown us. We were treated with respect and understanding. They were good to deal with on a trade in and gave me a fair price for my older vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle the interior was not cleaned to my satisfaction (cleaning fluid dripped on the seats and stained). Taylor saw to it that it was booked back in for further detailing and shampooing. When I got it back the next time it looked great. From my experience I would think that the cleaning department could have done a better job the 1st time and then it wouldn't have had to come back in, but the dealership saw to it that it would be cleaned to my satisfaction. If it had been done well the 1st time it would have saved us both time and money. Overall I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They remember who you are when you return for a visit or getting service done. Job well done to Capital GM and to Taylor Wilson and Jona McLeod for being there for us. Thanks for the experience. My husband and I had been shopping for a new vehicle and stop many times to browe their lot, they have such a great selection. Once we looked around and decided what we wanted to test drive we stopped in an stop many times to browe their lot, they have such a great selection. Once we looked around and decided what we wanted to test drive we stopped in and Justin was there to greet us and he has a very nice personality and very fitting for sales. He was more then informative and made us comfortable right away so once we talked a bit and showed him what we were looking at we soon were on the road test driving. The rest is history and Justin knew what he was doing letting us test drive the Cadillac 1st beautiful car we love it. The day I went back to pick up our new car was a great experience as it took time but they made the time worth while treated me very well gave me a grand tour of service area which I found quite interesting and now know when I go back. Great overall experience and would certainly recommend this dealer! More

I came in wanting to buy a used truck and I gave Ev an email, he responded right away. I told him what I was looking for and right away he found one for me. This was the find car I would be purchasing on my own and after leaving the previous dealership, I had a bad taste in my mouth. As soon as I walked into Capital GMC I felt welcomed and respected. Being a 20year old female coming in alone, I had felt intimidated at other places. Trevor and Shaun understood exactly what I wanted and showed me all of my options. I didn't feel pressured one bit. Jona was extremely helpful in making my decision as well. He worked extremely fast and found me the best rates through financing as well as with the extended warranty. Trevor is always just a text or email away if I ever have any questions with my new purchase. I would highly recommend the Capital GMC team to all my friends and family. Terry was great to deal with and made us very comfortable in our decision to purchase a vehicle. He also went above and beyond in making sure that our vehicle was ready for us to take home. Jona was very helpful in our decision on financing our vehicle and very thorough and clear with all of the details. I will definetly be coming back to Capital for our next vehicle purchase, Terry hope your still there when that comes around. Although I would not hesitate to deal with any of the other sales people there. It was a very friendly atmosphere and they all made the afternoon as comfortable as possible. It was obvious that everyone that works there enjoys being there and it is not just a job to them. They take pride in offering great service to everyone that walks in the door. The price was more than fair and I know I got a great deal. The financing department went over all the extra warranty and insurances without being pushy but just made sure I knew all of my options. I also appreciated that they re-detailed it after I was the one that took it out while our streets were sloppy but they made sure it was impecable for when I took possesion. This was not our first new vehicle purchase but was the first from this dealership and we will make sure this is the first place we come to shop for future vehicles, it was a way better experience overall.
