My wife and I went to Lexus of London to purchase new wiper blades for our Lexus NX300. After we expressed interest in a used RX 350, we finally exited the dealership having purchased a Lexus RX350 as we wiper blades for our Lexus NX300. After we expressed interest in a used RX 350, we finally exited the dealership having purchased a Lexus RX350 as well. Sales Associate, Jillian Cooke, was very professional and knowledgeable. Questions were answered in detail and those where the answers were not immediately known were promptly resolved. Together with a fine sense of humour in addition to her sales professionalism, Gillian Cooke is an excellent ambassador and asset for Lexus of London.
