Had taken Rogue for free brake inspection April 16. Rear brakes needed urgent servicing. Service department estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. Vehicle was ready at the exact estimated time. Also Rear brakes needed urgent servicing. Service department estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. Vehicle was ready at the exact estimated time. Also honoured 15 % coupon sent to my email. Friendly and professional. Allowed my epileptic dog whom cannot be left home inside premises which reduced anxiety. Vehicle was fixed and also exterior was thoroughly washed. This is a substantial improvement from one of the previous servicing two years ago when a different service advisor lied saying that my wife’s Infiniti EX35 2008 had a leak in the steering column and costs to replace would not be worth it for the car of this age and also hinted it should be sold. So for two years I monitored my wife’s vehicle, inspecting for leaks and the brake fluid level and not ONE drop of brake fluid leakage was detected (please advise if the service receipt is required by Nissan for review which states the purported leak). To this day, my wife’s car drives impeccably. As a result, I refrained from using this dealership for oil changes and seasonal tire swaps for past two years. This most recent service was a welcome improvement to the past services during which I have had to wait extended time for simple oil changes and tire swaps. Here is an example where a technician can drain the oil while changing the tires and save time and save a client money and give an incentive for repeat visits. Thank you and keep it up. Two suggestions for client service improvement is to take in the vehicle into the garage within 5 - 7 minutes of key handover, and deliver services by the promised time, and time spent should be appropriate to the nature of the work performed. Unfortunately though, after speaking with Jennifer to make an appointment, I had a different feeling about my experience. Jennifer is very unpleasant to speak with. She made me feel as though I was annoying her, and spoke in an abrupt manner. My spouse had a similar experience with her in the past. This may need some attention if she is communicating with clients. More

We purchased a used (2022 mitsubishi RVR) fron St. catharines nissan, Nathan was our salesman he was helpful and guided us through purchasing our car. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katie aswell catharines nissan, Nathan was our salesman he was helpful and guided us through purchasing our car. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katie aswell and she has been moat helpful during the process and even after purchase. We did have a couple of set backs however the dealship did work with us and get all concerns sorted out. They have a great stock of vehicles (which can't be said about all dealerships that we visited) All in all I would recommend the dealership and would consider buying from here again. More
