When he called, I told him exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and he found the me the Escape that exactly matched my criteria! The sales process with him was fast and easy. Even after the sale, his service has been great. He has been very helpful with any questions I have had about the vehicle. I also dealt with Jag Dhillon at Key West. Jag was also very helpful in showing me the vehicle and explaining to me all the features. Buying a car from a dealership can be very uncomfortable and the sales people can be overly eager to sell you something more than what you may want, but this is not the case with the staff at Key West. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend dealing with Ryan and Jag if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Our first used vehicle experience in over 20 years. We were looking for a used Edge. Have dealt with Metro Ford and factory orders for decades, but they did not have much inventory in used. Checked Ford websites and were curious about Key West's availability in Edge. Met Jag Dhillon on the lot, reviewed inventory and as none met our needs, left him with a list of our priorities. He called back a few days later with an Edge that met our most important criteria and indeed was what we were looking for. He worked with us on price and we closed the deal. Jag was very friendly and eager to let me take the ST for a drive. I thoroughly enjoyed the drive and knew I wanted one. Coming from a Honda background, I was skeptical of the new Ford's but once I drove the vehicle I knew the quality and performance had vastly improved. After talking it over with Jag I decided to look at the 2015 in the showroom. Due to the finance rates and overall liking the 2015 better I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the 2015. Jag made it very easy and streamlined the process for me, and was also able to get me the payments that worked for me and took great interest in my overall decision. I was very pleased to have worked with Jag and would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. Keep up the good work Jag and thanks a lot! More

Fantastic experience with Staff, fantastic Ford F350 Truck Fantastic experience in buying my NEW Ford F350. For 2 months (Sept & Oct, 2014) I did lots of on-line research in choosing a truck I needed, either a Fantastic experience in buying my NEW Ford F350. For 2 months (Sept & Oct, 2014) I did lots of on-line research in choosing a truck I needed, either a GM Silverado or Ford F350. I tried a GM dealer and was very disappointed with their problematic website and dealership, I got a very bad gut feeling what was happening and cancelled their order. Later that evening on same day I went onto Ford.ca website, built and priced a F350 super duty, long box, XLT with the options I needed, submitted for a quote from the local dealership; 16 minutes later the salesman Jag Dhillon of Key West Ford Sales (New Westminster) called. I was so impressed how quickly things began, there was a wonderful exchange of information, Jag showed great interest of my needs from my on-line wish list and made further recommendations; Jag then emailed me early the next morning with an Offer. With research I was aware of the various incentives and price structures, so when I received their Offer I was impressed with the service and delighted with the Offer. Day 2, I was invited to their showroom for a test drive, I asked lots of questions from Jag and Ivan, I was very satisfied with their answers and the contract was signed, deposit made and I even got to the ‘ring the bell’. Delivery was going to be about 12 weeks and Jag kept in contact, letting me know the process and where the train was with my finished truck aboard. My truck arrived earlier than anticipated, Jag contacted me to say, “It’s here!!”, the next day I went to the dealership, was greeted by Jag (both of us had big smiles on our faces), met Bonnie from Finance to complete the paper work and I handed over my cheque, then to Karen for Insurance, to Marvin in the Parts Dept and back to Jag for the handover of the keys. Jag stayed with me to show me lots of cool things about my new truck. The feeling was fantastic to proudly drive my NEW truck back to home! I've had my truck 2 days now, enjoy everything about it, it is so well made, stunningly good looking and so functional for my needs. Ford has done everything right, from my first on-line website build, to their dealership Key West Ford Sales, sales person Jag & related staff, everything was seamless, the most important reason for this successful purchase was the people at Key West and the trust I felt with them. I highly, very highly recommend everyone at Key West Ford. I truly like my new Ford F350 Super Duty!! More
