Once we decided to buy, the service did not stop. We asked if they could fix a few rock chips and Sue in the service department made sure I was looked after right away. Kam was also great by making sure l had a loaner vehicle even though all their loaners were out. He ended up giving me his car to use and insisted on it.. GREAT SERVICE. More

Bought a brand new mustang I just bought a new 2016 mustang and had the best experience purchasing this vehicle. Jag Dhillion was my salesman. I decided to make a.purchase and through a referral from my mother, decided to check out Key West Ford. I had found a used vehicle I liked in their inventory and contacted them. There was no pressure, or up selling whatsoever. I worked with Salesman Jag Dhillon, and he was great at promptly showing me the vehicle and all documents related. Once returning to their office, their entire staff was exceptionally friendly.and helpful. I was introduced to their finance associate Gurj Khera who was able to quickly help in getting the vehicle financing. Very relaxed atmosphere. I have to say, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!!! More
