My overall experience was fantastic, dropped my car off for some simple maintenance, turns out I need a little more than the maintenance I thought I need. The service team was very transparent with me and for some simple maintenance, turns out I need a little more than the maintenance I thought I need. The service team was very transparent with me and told me exactly what I need. Now because of this slightly worse issue I could drive my car for about a week, so they hooked me up with a loaner car, a 2024 Tiguan, smelled a lil wonky but by the time I got my car back the smell was gone. Got my car back and I don't think I've had better balanced wheels since I first got the car, and I've been through 2 other shops. I didn't even have to re adjust my seat when I got the car back 11/10 More
