My car arrived when she said it would with all the extras I requested and it looks sharp. Gwen did an excellent job on the Financial end of the transaction and I really appreciated all the hard work they both put in. I walked into the dealership a month ago and asked Nicole what the base price of a Yaris was and by the end of the month I had a Blizzard Pearl Yaris SE model in my driveway. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Gwen did the paperwork and also was very friendly. We appreciated her "no-nonsense" approach regarding the "extras". The only negative was the "low-ball" offer for our trade-in (cannot fault the sales rep for that - only the person behind the deal). It made the negotiation process much more painful than it needed to be. More
