Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Happy Campers! We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it seemed like the right time. We sent out a request for recommendations on social media, and Gwen Jones at ToyotaTown was recommended by two friends. We searched ToyotaTown's inventory and made an appointment with Gwen. She found a RAV4 Trail that had just arrived and really appealed to us in terms of the esthetics and the features. She answered all of our questions and helped us outfit it so that it would suit our primitive but pampered camping lifestyle. When we arrived to pick up our Trail, all of our add-ons were installed and it looked amazing. Gwen took the time to give us the tour of the shop and our new vehicle to demonstrate all of the features. We really liked her energy, patience and genuineness. We are happy campers and we are pleased to recommend Gwen Jones. More

Excellent sales staff and management. Whether you like to take your time through the process or if you prefer to get the deal done they are more than willing to do everything for you so all you need to do is take your time through the process or if you prefer to get the deal done they are more than willing to do everything for you so all you need to do is sign. Gwen and Rita are both professional and get things done. On vehicle 2 in less than a year and I was taken great care of. The last one I just had to call and stop in once they had it ready and off I went. The both of them are stand up people and no nonsense. Would refer anyone after a Toyota to Gwen and Rita. Gwen was reffered to me by a friend and new imediatly I'd be back to see her. Both are very kind people and make the sales experience pleasurable. More

Gwen is fantastic, After our first purchased we knew we would be coming back to buy our next car from her. Gwen is very friendly, kind she is very helpful answers anything we need to know. She helps us with our decision that is best for us not just to make a sale. Never feel pressured. She even takes time out to greet us when we come for an oil change when she sees us.
