Bought a New Eco Diesel 1500 Dodge Ram, We went into the Vaughn Chrysler Dealership and put a deposit down on a truck that we loved and wanted to purchase. When we went back to do the financ We went into the Vaughn Chrysler Dealership and put a deposit down on a truck that we loved and wanted to purchase. When we went back to do the financials.......the truck we had put the deposit down on was gone. (they sold it.) We were not happy, we ended up buying an2016 eco diesel Dodge Ram. It was a beautiful Truck only the first few months of owning it we starting having engine problems. The turbo shut down, while driving, we lost all power and had to limp it to the nearest dealership to be serviced. Then a month later, it happened again, Then, They heard clunking in the engine........it was the starter, they put a new starter in the New 2016 Diesel., and the problems continued on and on. When contacting the dealership they did nothing. Everyone just passed the buck, I contacted Chrysler Canada, OmViC, The leasing company........the truck was still under warranty. No one did anything, then while getting the truck serviced once again at another dealership (the four wheel drive system) a random sales rep asked us how we were doing. I told her about about our nightmare, and she said do you want to get rid of it............I SAID xxxx YA, PLEASE TELL ME HOW. Thank God, we traded it in at that dealership, For another New Gas Dodge Ram Truck and took a Hugh financial loss on the trade but we are so happy to be rid of the lemon that no one wanted to acknowledge. Now I feel soooooo sorry for the next owner of that truck. Buyer Beware..........Read what your signing, and always get a warranty, because once you drive off that lot.................your on your own. It will cost you big to get out of a bad deal. More
