I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

I was grateful for Enna’s help on a day that I was very unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I had spotty cell service while there and Enna used text to co unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I appreciated the shuttle service driver was willing to pick me up from urgent care but was so delayed during assessment that it was faster to use a taxi to make it back before close..
