My mom’s car safety had inaccurate info (500+ km discrepancy), and when I pointed it out—along with other serious issues—management ignored me. They even tried to argue the discrepancy, but their sheer incompetence was obvious. Despite clear documentation, they refused to refund unauthorized repairs, blaming their own employees for not noting my mom’s request. Instead of fixing the actual issue—a known problem covered by GM under warranty—they charged her an outrageous amount for useless work that didn’t solve anything. When I questioned it, Jeremy basically admitted their cars fall apart within 10,000 km. My mom and brother both made the mistake of buying here—I’m just glad I didn’t. This dealership is a disgrace, run by incompetent and dishonest people from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs! More

Mike Oakes helped to pick out some features, warranty, financing and was super awesome to work with. Tom Drysdale found me the vehicle I wanted with all the specs, which wasn't easy and he was great a finding a creative solution! And the excellent service goes all the way to the top, I met with the GM Doug Hodgson on my first visit and already knew i would be well taken care of. There was a discrepancy with some accessories and Doug personally handled it, keeping me informed the whole way, and probably found a resolution for every other Chev dealer. These guys are rockstars, don't really write reviews but felt so inclined after my purchase. More

I hadn't been in the truck market for a decade, and since my need was not planned, let's say I was panicked, overwhelmed with choices, scrambling to find a truck, and didn't know what I wanted. The sales staff, Matthew Mallace and Nik Jones, patiently worked with me over a few separate days and let me find the truck that suited me best with absolutely no pressure tactics. I buy from people I like and trust; both come through with flying colors. Great salespeople sell you, but you don't feel like you were sold anything if you get what I mean. Thanks, guys! The rest of the supporting staff, including Orlando, the Pre-Owned Manager; Tom, the Sales Manager; Mike and Nancy in finance; Doug, the General Manager; and I think her name is Jane, the receptionist (the one that spins excellent tunes in the showroom), treated me like a member of the family—a very personable group that took the stress of buying out of the picture.
