Hi there. My name is Derek Schiavone and I am the Senior Finance Manager at St. Catharines Nissan in St. Catharines Ontario. I have had the privilege to be a member of the St. Catharines Nissan family for the past 6 years and I enjoy every day I come to work. My responsibility at the dealership is to ensure every customer gets treated fairly and is provided with finance solutions no matter their past credit situations. Previously to working at St. Catharines Nissan I was lucky enough to be a member of the Canadian Football League for 5 years (2008-2012). This has allowed me to develop valuable teamwork skills. Great Experience! I had contacted Derek Schiavone directly regarding a new vehicle. For other reasons I wasn't able to follow through with the deal, HOWEVER, Derek was I had contacted Derek Schiavone directly regarding a new vehicle. For other reasons I wasn't able to follow through with the deal, HOWEVER, Derek was fabulous to deal with! He was transparent, accommodating, easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and quick to reply. I thank him for his assistance, and would definitely recommend him! The true definition of Customer Service! Thanks Derek! More

Number one in customer service Dereks customer service was execelent! I went to an appointment stressing some concerns about getting a vehicle and some of the barriers that stood be Dereks customer service was execelent! I went to an appointment stressing some concerns about getting a vehicle and some of the barriers that stood between me and a new car . Derek then sat with me and discussed finanaces with me and some great tips on how to get build some credit. Derek then told me not to worry that he would have me in a car in no time. He made everything so simple 2 days after we first met i was in a new car. He got me financing and connected all the dots for me he made this so easy for me.His professional demeanor and kindness made this experience a very positive one and i look forward to dealing with him again in the future . Purchase of our 2016 Pathfinder. We recently purchased our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at Collins Nissan. We could not be anymore happy with the assistance we recieved from Derek Schiavon We recently purchased our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at Collins Nissan.
