Hi there. My name is Derek Schiavone and I am the Senior Finance Manager at St. Catharines Nissan in St. Catharines Ontario. I have had the privilege to be a member of the St. Catharines Nissan family for the past 6 years and I enjoy every day I come to work. Previously to working at St. Catharines Nissan I was lucky enough to be a member of the Canadian Football League for 5 years (2008-2012). This has allowed me to develop valuable teamwork skills. Excellent team of Sales Reps that are extremely friendly & helpful. Collins Nissan is a place that actually wants you to drive away happy in a stress free vehicle with a smile. Derek did his absolute best to get my the best car/rate he could and his Associate Rob was very knowledgeable in explaining certain features/functions of my new car. (I still think it was Jason Bourne) :) Hats off to Geoff (General Manager) for welcoming me into the Collins NIssan family. This is our second vehicle purchased through Collins Nissan. We are not local but we make the drive because of the genuine, friendly service. Shane greeted us upon our arrival at the dealership. He was very pleasant and professional; and above all else, he was not pushy. He listened to our needs and concerns and addressed them accordingly. He was very pleasant and playful with our daughter who joined us on this adventure and made us all feel welcome. He was very well versed regarding the vehicles we were asking about and knowledgeable throughout our dealings. The nicest thing about Shane is that he is not your "typical cocky salesman", he truly tries to fit your needs and make the experience about the customer, not the sale. I would gladly deal with Shane again in purchasing another vehicle and would easily recommend him to anyone. Fred Fuoco was the sales manager we dealt with. He too was very pleasant to deal with. He had a nice sense of humour and was also very knowledgeable about the products. He was very fair to deal with regarding negotiations. Derek Schiavone is also very nice to deal with. He explained all the extras about the vehicle and if we had a question for which he wasn't able to give an answer, he went to the appropriate sources to get the info. These three gentlemen made purchasing a new vehicle quite painless. Thank-you! More

Derek gave amazing customer Service and is very respectable, i appriciate everything that he did for me to make the deal work. The other guy, the person who sold me the Vehicle who was a region respectable, i appriciate everything that he did for me to make the deal work. The other guy, the person who sold me the Vehicle who was a regional trainer was very pushy and seemed to hide alot of information, he lied to me about the amount of money he was giving me for my trade in. When the vehicle was delivered to me in Oakville the paperowkr showed that he had lied to me. After several conversations trying to get him to explain the trade in value with me he was all over the map acting like he was trying to hide something and in fact that was true. I am Very happy with my vehicle and it was everything that i expected and wanted, Everything was great with Derek i am just upset about the $2810 that the sales guy lied to me about. Thanks More

I have been a Nissan owner since 1989 and presently have three of their vehicles in my garage. I have only had one problem with a Nissan vehicle in all this time and the manufacturer took care of the proble three of their vehicles in my garage. I have only had one problem with a Nissan vehicle in all this time and the manufacturer took care of the problem. My experince with the present dealership has always been positive. They have been friendly and courteous throughout. Their staff always shuttled me to work and picked me up. Their maintenance department is very efficient and always cleans the car before returning it to me. They also have assisted in disposing of my marine oil as I winterise my own boats. This has been a great help. I have dealt with Fred Fuoco in the past. He has always been very helpful and the present purchase experience was great. No pressure. I told him what I wanted and he did everything he could to put the deal together. Derek Schiavone took care of the purchase details. Smooth as silk. Thanks to both Fred and Derek. I have recommended this product and this dealership to others in the past and would do so again. More

Overall buying my Nissan Rogue from Collins Nissan was a great experience. Rob was very informative on the different types and models I was looking for.
