Exceptional Expereince at Collins Nissan I wanted to comment on my wonderful experience at Collins Nissan with the Dynamic Duo, Steve and Derek. I was extremely fortunate when I met Stev I wanted to comment on my wonderful experience at Collins Nissan with the Dynamic Duo, Steve and Derek. I was extremely fortunate when I met Steve just a little over two years ago. At that time, he was working at Unique Chrysler in the Burlington area. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He certainly went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from him and honestly, it was probably the best running automobile I have ever had. Two years had gone by and the mileage was getting a little high so of course, I called Steve. I was so disappointed to learn that Steve was no longer with Unique Chrysler but thankfully he had transferred to another Carnation dealership. I live in the Oakville area and did not hesitate to drive to St. Catharines to meet with him because I knew the service would be exceptional. As always, he was friendly, generous with his time, extremely professional and honest. We found another vehicle that I wanted to purchase and I was given an extremely fair price for my vehicle being traded. Steve then put me in touch with Derek, the Senior Finance Manager at Collins Nissan. Derek started working on numbers immediately and within no time at all, he had my application approved at an astonishing low rate. Derek’s follow-up was exceptional. I never had to wonder what may or may not be happening because he kept me well informed of numbers, delivery date, etc. He, too, was kind, professional, extremely thorough and really went above and beyond. What a great team, thank you both! If you are looking for an automobile, whether it be new, used, pre-owned, etc....don’t waste your time going anywhere else. It is very encouraging to know there is still great service to be had....you just have to drive to St. Catharines to get it! More

That alone put me at ease, he was willing to answer any questions I had and was very patient with me even as I took him on a long test drive!!!!
