I signed a 2 year lease, when returning the car I was told for the FIRST time it was a lease to own. I said this is the first I have heard of it and there response was - too bad you signed the contract. They even told me that This has happened 4 times recently to 4 other people. I asked if this is the type of business they want to run, scamming people into signing without fully explaining the process. This was my first new car, I was so excited. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! More

I am writting this review to express my disappointment in dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep af dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep after about 8 months of having it and had to deal with Dmitri, the lack of customer service was unbelievable, made me deal directly with the leasing company to request the Lien release letter, where even they were a bit surprised as I purchased the vehicle from Vaughn Chrysler. I called several times for clarification and asked if he can send the lien release letter to me and in short he said it wasn’t his problem, it was mine as he did his part by sending the leasing company the cheque. Not impressed! More

Only at Vaughan Chrysler where you still get charged when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." .
