Going in buying a car for the first time I was very nervous, but Deepak did everything he could to make the experience enjoyable. He took the time to reassure me, didn’t pressure me at all to make a ch nervous, but Deepak did everything he could to make the experience enjoyable. He took the time to reassure me, didn’t pressure me at all to make a choice, gave us a good price, took the time to explain what things meant, and was consistently checking in to make sure that I was satisfied. Once I got the car I noticed there was a couple small problems but once I brought it up Deepak was immediately on it to make sure it wasn’t just fixed but was fixed in record time as well. Deepak is definitely one of those salespeople you don’t wanna miss out on, who constantly under promises and always overdelivers to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. I would also like to give a mention to Shayla, the shop advisor, who took amazing care of me and had everything fixed and ready to go in record time! While my truck was getting protection coating applied, Deepak arranged to having a loaner truck dropped off at my house and my truck picked up, then once the truck was done, he brought my amazing truck back and picked up the loaner. He has been direct communication with myself throughout the process. My vote is Deepak - Salesman of the year. If you need anything, this guy is your guy, goes above and beyond for his customers.
