His attention to details and product knowledge for the deal were superior. Dee also demonstrated amazing social graces, manners and decorum- such as opening the door to greet me upon entering the building and his first time meeting me , offering beverages etc. while waiting, speaking directly to me and listening to my discussion, and ensuring immediate follow-up by phone and text when the car was ready. Dee has a lovely manner when speaking and is very respectful. The car was ready within the time frame identified and Dee provided a thorough comprehensive review of the functions of the accessories. It was a pleasure to work with Dee and the team at Courtesy Ford. Dee Menon is definitely an impressive asset for Courtesy Ford and is definitely ambassador for Courtesy Ford London. More

I have dealt with several Ford dealerships in and around Southwestern Ontario and Dee was by far my best experience. Every question we had was answered promptly and honestly. He worked diligently to get us into a vehicle that was appropriate for us and we were able to make a purchase. Will 100% do business with again, as well as refer him to anyone I know looking to buy. Our experience started with Dee Menon (Sales Rep) answering our call from Kitchener (We were willing to drive an hour to find good service). He walked us through every step, never making us feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Dee answered all of our questions and was willing to work with us. Once my son decided on his truck then we were handed over to the Financial Services Manager, George Anderson. George also was very attentive and professional. Dee was very professional and warm in his approach which allowed us to feel comfortable engaging with him as well as developing trust. Among all of Dee's service quality assets, his best personal and professional manners were that he respects customer's space, engages in active listening, is client centred, respectful, provides options, is very knowledgeable about ford cars, and has really good customer patience. We are beyond satisfied with our 2 Ford Escapes. Thank you for everything! More
