Exceptional!! November 22, 2016 The level of care that I received from David Porter exceeds my expectation. I purchased a 2015 Town and Country last year throug November 22, 2016 The level of care that I received from David Porter exceeds my expectation. I purchased a 2015 Town and Country last year through Capital and the transaction overall was great. Problems arose soon after my purchase regarding my key fobs and car starter not allowing me to unlock my doors, it was disastrous to say the least especially when I had to ensure my 3 year old and 1 ½ year didn’t move far from the car until I was able to unlock the sliding doors…..beyond frustrating! My experience through triple 777 was the worst I had ever experienced, so I contacted David at GMC explained the situation and he maintained a level of professionalism the ENTIRE time. Never once did he dismiss my concerns, felt it wasn’t his problem or that I should be taking it up with Triple 777. He helped by contacting the other dealership and speaking to the service advisor that I had been dealing with since February 2016. I took time off work to deal with it and every time I picked up my van at Triple 777, I was always given the run-around. Fast forward 9 months later and I am able to safely position my children in the car without worrying if the sliding doors will open. I can’t say enough of the care I received from David Porter; he truly understands and displays great customer service. As mentioned we have always purchased trucks from Capital and that is why we decided to purchase a minivan through Capital rather than dealing with Chrysler….. Perhaps a GMC minivan will be on the horizon? Today my children and I got into a warm van with each sliding door opening with a single press of a button. Terrible client service The service centre at Capital is terrible. We returned 4 times to have the rear door latch on our Cadillac SRX repaired and they tried charging us the The service centre at Capital is terrible. We returned 4 times to have the rear door latch on our Cadillac SRX repaired and they tried charging us the diagnostics fee on each visit. As we were in the parking lot after our third visit, and after the service centre had said they fixed the problem, the rear door wouldn't open. After we had to physically demonstrate this to the service centre, they finally replaced the latch - and of course, they wanted to charge the diagnostics fee even though we told them that the latch needed to be replaced. As we were dealing with the rear door latch, the rear defrost began working sporadically. We took it in, explained the problem and they charged a diagnostic fee to confirm what was obvious, that the rear defrost wasn't working. They did not offer any solution other than replacing the entire rear window. On our last visit, we identified that the light output from our headlights wasn't strong and asked for them to be replaced or repaired. This is a known problem on Cadillac SRXs and is a serious safety concern. The service centre said there was nothing wrong, and once again, charged us the diagnostics fee. The problem is obvious, they are simply choosing to ignore it. They didn't clean the plastic, change the bulb or adjust the computer setting - they simply said there is no problem. Given that we chose a Cadillac, we were expecting the same level of service that we receive for our BMW at the Dilawri dealership. This is not the case and so we have decided to replace our vehicle and will not be looking at Capital's inventory. The service centre is not qualified and the sales team failed to inform us that extended warranty meant paying a deductible fee on all warranty work. More

Great Service We had our old Cadillac in for some service work and decided to look at upgrading. I found a car I was interested in online and requested a quote. Within a couple of hours an online sales manager had contacted me and set up a time to see Terry. Terry is a great guy! Easy to deal with. Super knowledgeable and a hard worker. We would highly recommend him and would be happy to deal with him again. Almost every point of contact with Capital was a positive experience. From Terry, to the Online sales manager , front receptionists, other sales rep's on the floor, finance and the service departments quick prep of our new vehicle.all was enjoyable. The only very minor negative was on the website the pop up coupon for $100. off that seems to pop up every time you change a page was a pain in the butt. Other than that everything was a great experience. More

For starters purchasing the vehicle I was unimpressed by a one year free oil changes sign planted on the top of my car. Excited for extra bonus I brought up with financing and she said oops no small writing says on 2014s only so disappointed and annoyed I say well it should have never been posted on that vehicle,she agreed and said ok I will give you vouchers for 3 free oil changes so when you come in get them to call me (Jazz) and I will call them. Satisfied I went for oil change number one no issues. Second oil change another story Jazz said she would have absolutely never said it was 3 but 1 I angery argued and she said I will for this one but not the 3. Frustrated I have no documentation of her promising this so there's nothing I can do. Another issue arises as Erin the salesmen tries to sweeten the deal and says yes will come with free sattlilight radio for at least 3 months, perfect another bonus.....until signing papers with Monica oh sorry that looks like that promo wasn't on this model. Again frustrated but did nothing. A while after purchase I went through a carwash and a huge panel of paint had peeled off. I extremely frustrated went to both dealership and carwash and said I don't know why this happened but I will not be paying for this. Carwash said from faulty paint finally after a long review and as I awaited the dealership waited on there answer. Then after I said they will not be paying for any damage, capital agreed to pay one half of expense...unsatisfied I went on the gm website to get dealership number and immediately I typed my concern and they assured me capital would be getting a hold of me asap. Same day Monica called me and said they were waiting for carwash to decide whenever I had already told them they would not be paying for damage. After several visits they finally agreed to pay. Once part arrived and painted they called to replace, I waited as it would only take a minute, as soon as I saw what looked like a manager from universal come toward me I know there was an issue. He asked if capital had saw the piece that needed to be painted because they wrote down the wrong paint color. Annoyed I said yes several times. He said it would only take a day to paint and they would call when ready. Keep in mind I don't live into so you can see how frustrating this is. I go back piece gets put on and it's good to go....finally! A few months later I noticed the seatbelt eoild not retract in properly so with 2 booster seats in my car this needed to be fixed. I went to capital to service and told the woman my issue she for whatever reason snaralled and said well it won't get fixed today I realized this as I know it would likely not happen like magic. A partsmen came to inspect and assured me he would order part and let me know when it came in. Week went by and knowing how unsafe this was with 2 children I called concerned and asked what the hold up was. Well Kelsey it looks like the part was not ordered but we will order that for you right away. Again waiting finally came, car went in and low and behold the part broke however finally capital realizing it was unsafe they agreed to put me in a retail, however I thought it would be easier to figure out carpooling then rent the car. Couple days later part was in and good as new, finally! On March 2 the car went in for a strange noise from the fan on the passengers side I had called ahead so they knew it was coming. At 3 that day they called and said unfortunately the fix would take a bit longer then expected but would be done in 7-10 business days. But just to be safe we will say March 20 but no later and provide you with a retail for this time. March 20th came and nothing. Capital called and said unfortunately we are still waiting for the part. Frustrated but said nothing and waited. Another week or 2 went by and got another call Kelsey we have part but it arrived broken so we will reorder that part so the car does still make noise but once part is in we will call you. Confused I said so is my car fixed, well no, well then no I will not return this rental until my car is fixed. Which at time he said ok no problem. Week later another call Kelsey we are unsure as to when the part will arrive so if you could return retail I can assure you your vehicle is safe to drive. Annoyed I said is my car done...well no then I will not return until my car is done...yes but we are unsure as to how long it will take could take 3 days could take 30 days...I said and why is this my issue can you not get a hold of where the part is coming from...and he said well no not exactly. I said again well that isn't my issue...then he mentioned the gmail Canada may need to contact me as to why I am in a rental so long. I shocked at this comment like it should have scared me but didn't said that is fine please feel free to let them call me. April 28 I am still in rental. In 2011 I went to capital to buy my first brand new vehicle when I walked in there was not a sole in sight to help I walked up to the glass offices and knocked on door and asked sales man if he wanted to sell a truck ( could not believe I had to ask ) sales man said sure so we went looking sales guy was great after I got him off his ass, found a truck I liked which happened to be a capital custom a 2011 GMC Sierra with a 6" bds lift Crome rims all the bells and whistles did all the paper work got keys I was a happy guy jumped in truck realized had no gas so went back in to sk sales man if I get a full tank when I found him he was high 5in the finance guy which made me feel like I just got ripped off when asked about gas he gave me a 40 voucher which didn't even give me half a tank. After a week or so I noticed a few problems one it shook real bad in auto 4x4 and 4x4 second there was a hole in seat where air bag third the trim piece on dash was installed wrong so I went back to capital and that's when I learned how bad the service was long story short took them to 70000km to fix my issues and then the kicked me out of the dealer to never return, I have now bought a 2013 terrain slt2 and a 2015 Chevy traverse LTZ from Wheaton chev they have great service I recommend to all never go to capital gmc It seems hard to believe that a dealer such is that could do what they did when gmc Canada would have paid most of the bill I had to then get all warranty work done at Wheaton Im 35 years old and plan to buy many vehicles which will never come from capital gmc I don't believe this comment will stay in this site for long as capital gmc owns the company that created it,,, More
