They lack communication skills in the sales department. The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over u The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Keith Kelly was pushy and even after declining the extra warranty stuff we were asked repeatedly and told that he knew his product was a good idea, he only needed permission to put it on. When I told him that I was happy with my insurance he said "you may want to check that" I did. I tried to get communication to set up a running board install and was pretty much dismissed until I asked what it was going to take to cancel the order. Then, 2 minutes later got a response. Amanda in Service was excellent. She helped get our running boards installed timely and professionally. I won't be going back to this dealer for anything but possibly service. Second new vehicle I bought from there, next one will be another Toyota dealer. More
