This was our first time dealing with Toyota, and specifically Whitby Toyota. We could NOT have been happier. Beginning with Stephanie, and Dave right down to the Admin team. They were available when we needed them to be available, they found us the vehicle WE (really just my wife) wanted, and they made trading in our 2014 GMC Acadia a breeze. They dealt with insurance swaps, they took care of everything with licensing and made sure our 3 boys (all under 5) who we had to bring in with us were happy and enjoyed their time in the showroom. So much so that the boys actually ask when we are going to go back and get another car. Thanks for everything Stephanie and team. More

Amazing lease experience. Loyal customer for life I went from leasing a 2011 Scion TC to a 2015 Rav 4. I was so stressed to return the leased car as I heard such horror stories of how much some people I went from leasing a 2011 Scion TC to a 2015 Rav 4. I was so stressed to return the leased car as I heard such horror stories of how much some people pay for dents and nicks and regular wear and tear, but instead I got a simple "just drop off the keys". I was floored! David went above and beyond, the process to return my car could not have been any smoother or easier. Plus the was no pressure at all to re-lease another vehicle from them, but when David made me a deal on the Rav 4 I could not refuse, the price was to unbelievable to turn down, and the car....I just love it! Do not go to any Toyota dealership other than the Whitby Scion, you get a quality car at a great price from a great dealer who feeds you no bull with no pressure and will not rip you off. More

There has never been a minute where we weren't satisfied from every angle. This recent purchase was a Rav 4, and we love it! Gary was professional and very instrumental in helping us make the decision we did. We needed a higher Vehicle due to my Husbands new Hip replacement - and Gary let Brian sit in every Vehicle there was available, and we ultimately agreed whole-heartedly on the Rav 4. Gary took the time to explain everything to us..........and if we don't remember all of it - it ISN'T Gary's fault!!!! (Only our ageing minds!) Our next Vehicle will be bought once more at Whitby Toyota as the whole team works as not only a "team" - but as a "Family" and they treat us as part of that Family. Buying it and trading in my car was a very good experience, helped by Joe Raffi, the salesperson that took care of us, Dave Marshall, the sales manager, Keith Kelly, who helped us with the paperwork, and the owner, Ian. All in all, one of the best experiences buying a car I have had. The trade in of my previous car was fair, and the car I wanted was located an delivered as promised, perfectly on time. Purchase of my 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD Limited The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold it for $2,400 2nd car is a 02 Camry-Solara and it has 427,000km - Like new, no issues and still use it. The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate.
