Andrew Ward did a great job with Whitby Toyota sales team to find and deliver the auto. He kept me informed of progress and had all paperwork ready for delivery. He took the time to go thru new features on Rav4 and help me set-up electronics, blue tooth etc. Very happy with new Rav4 and purchase process. I also know from servicing my previous Toyotas it will be will looked after during routine service checks. Andrew also put tabs in service manual so I could find key items quickly. Happy customer with another outstanding Toyota product. More

Above and Beyond. Two years ago I decided to go the leasing route and Ian was very helpful in suggestions and passing me on to David Marshall. I was very impressed with his ability to work with numbers and his suggestion to buy down the interest rate of my lease. Two years latter I called David and once again he helped me to move into another car after only two years. I really do not think that a lot of sales people would have taken the time to assist me the way David did and actually crunch the numbers to allow a deal to be completed in a fashion that I was completely happy with. I can tell you now that in two years I will be calling David once more to see if he can once again move me into a new lease. It was obvious to me that David has the ability to make a deal and has the ability to work within the system to make things work. Bravo to him and keep up the good work. I have already passed along my strong recommendation to two of my friends and I am sure that both of these people will be contacting David in the near future. More

From the first test drive with Stephanie to the awesome deal that David and Lawrence and Ian prepared for me, the experience was second to none. Do you know that after I bought the car I went in to the service area to check on the purchase of winter tires from Keith only to be told 'Just wait until the fall - I don't need your money right now - I'll get you the best deal when the new models come out in the fall...I have your back!' Where else would you find such service excellence and such genuine kindness? And that approach is mirrored in every interaction I have had with the good folks at Whitby Toyota. Debbie, Amanda and Art in the service department made a point of finding me to offer their congratulations on my purchase saying how happy they were that I had purchased such a great vehicle. I have to agree - I have purchased a great vehicle but I have also found a phenomenal dealership. Whitby Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way.
