The purpose of this post is to address a old cliche of "your great customer service experience ends when the dealership loses sight of your tail lights" THIS WAS NOT THE CASE in my case. I had a wonderf "your great customer service experience ends when the dealership loses sight of your tail lights" THIS WAS NOT THE CASE in my case. I had a wonderful post purchase experience. I had a minor trouble shooting issue with my F-250 (that was purchased from Courtesy) and called Courtesy to see if they could assist me on it even though they had no obligation to support me on this. I had a great experience with Dave Gibbs as well as Stephen Skutovich on this matter. They took on my matter for me and had me attend the service department and helped me see it through. So to top it off the service people were great as well. What a wonderful experience yet again with Courtesy Ford and specific named staff. More

Courtesy Ford provided me a 5 star experience for my purchase. Everyone was pleasant to deal with from front staff to Adel in finance.
