Honda West (our local Honda dealer) was our first stop, where we were greeted by Darrin Hurst. He took a personal interest in our reasons for looking at new cars, and tailor-made the discussions around our needs. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the Honda Civic. He took the time to review the different "trims" and explained the new features of the 2016 Civic, setting it apart from its predecessors. This was our first "stop", and we decided to look at our types of cars and dealerships. It took us about six weeks to test-drive, review and research all of the different cars and dealerships we were interested in. Darrin kept us apprised of the changes in the Honda incentives throughout the process. We kept coming back to the excellent service we had received, along with Honda West pricing. Nothing compared. Every step of the way left us with total confidence in our purchase, and I am now happily driving my new Honda Civic EX-T, assured by the knowledge, service and pricing offered by Honda West. Based on our experience in buying this car, Honda West is the only dealership in Calgary that I would recommend to anyone looking for either a new (or previously-owned) car. More

Darrin Hurst is my 'go-to' new sales guy and he does a tremendous job of understanding my needs, explaining my options, being patient and not pushing a sale for sales sake, and explaining the process. Then when it comes time to pick up the car he does a fantastic job of explaining the operations of the car to a brilliant level of detail. He really knows his stuff and it's a pleasure dealing with him. Awais made the 'business' side of things slick, smooth and easy. Very caring and transparent team! I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months and I was very close to purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR, and never ended up doing so due to aggres I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months and I was very close to purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR, and never ended up doing so due to aggressive and poor customer service; I walked away with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. When I first went to Honda West, I was a little skeptical since my last dealership experience had been so poor. I test drove the hr-v with Darren and he was very relaxed, and intentional in making sure that I was getting the information I needed to know about my car of interest, without feeling pressured. When we went into his office to discuss options, he was very personable and honest. After our chat, I went to speak about finances with Awais, and he was also very kind and helpful. In the end, I decided to get the hr-v, not only because i love the vehicle, but because I was able to trust the team that took care of me. I would recommend Honda West and their team any day! More

I had the opportunity to come into Honda West to look for cars but after doing further research, I changed my mind and decided to go for a brand new car. I spent many days at different dealerships trying to figure out where I could get the best possible deal. The staff at Honda West were amazing and Darrin did a great job helping me out. There were little hiccups here and there but Darrin went out of his way to help us get what we needed. I had an overall great experience here and would highly recommend Honda West for your new vehicle needs. More

Above and Beyond Expectations! I had only a small problem with the spark plug of our new vehicle which Honda fixed in no time but Darrin went out of his way to replace the entire ve I had only a small problem with the spark plug of our new vehicle which Honda fixed in no time but Darrin went out of his way to replace the entire vehicle whilst allowing us to put 2.5k km mileage on our current - now perfectly new vehicle as we had to go to Vancouver and come back. This washouts done to keep us happy and have a happy feel about having anew car from Honda west! That, too me is way too perfect for a sales person and his sakes team!
