All kinds of extra fees and higher costs and dealing back and forth with the salesman and the manager. So back we go to Honda West where we were treated extremely well, given a fair trade in price and also a fair purchase price. They were very efficient with the process and had the colour of car delivered to their dealership (at no extra charge- unlike the $1700 the other dealership wanted) on time and showed us how all the new features worked. We couldn't be any happier with the process and I will most certainly drive the hour to get my car serviced there because of their professional style of business. More
